How to Become a Registered Nurse:

What is a nurse:

Known as a RN, a registered nurse is an individual who works in schools, doctor's offices,clinics, hospitals and emergency rooms.

Becoming a Registered Nurse:

In order to become an RN, it is compulsory to have passed a comprehensive licensing exam as well as has a bachelors degree.

The subjects that you will need to focus on the most in school would be:

 - Biology
 - Chemistry
 - Calculus
 - Algebra

The SAT or ACT exam results are extremely important as the acceptance to undergraduate schools are very competitive. During your undergraduate studies, it is advised that you take 4 years of English, 3 years of science and maths and 2 years of a foreign language classes.

There are many different programs and along with each of them come different requirements. A bachelors degree for Science in nursing will take an estimated 4 years to complete.
