An Athlete is an individual who is excels in sports and other forms of physical exercise.

How to become an Athlete:

1. Choose Your Best Sport: There are many Athletes out there that are good at more than just one type pf sport. It is important to find that one sport that you are better at and enjoy the most out of all the sport you can do. This may seem difficult but it is not that hard. All you need to do it decide which sport, out of all the sport, is the one you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life, the one you can't live without doing.

2. It's Not Easy: No matter how much you love the sport you do, becoming an Athlete is not a very easy career to get into, but like everything else, is not impossible. You need to be very good at the sport you do, as well as very passionate about it. That passion is what will drive you through anything and keep you focused, no matter what.

The training you will have/do depends entirely on the sport you choose, but the one thing that all sports have in common, is they all demand many years or practice and very long hours of training.

5. Sport Study: It is very important for you to study the sport you are doing. This enables you to understand all the rules and strategies of the game.

6. Record Your Performance: A very good idea would be to record all your practicing and/or games. This can help you find your weak points, enabling you to work on them, thus improving yourself.

7. Physical Care: As an Athlete, one very important aspect is a healthy lifestyle and caring for your body. The following should be kept in mind:

- Good Nutrition

- Good Sleep

- No Drinking

- No Smoking

Helpful Tips:

- Due to the fact that many Athletes' careers can come to an end by any type of bad injuries, it is highly recommended and very important to always have a back up plan, career wise.
