2. Study: There are certain fields that you need to study in before you can become an Athletic Trainer. They are as follows:

- Psychology

- Physiology

- Therapeutic Exercise

3. Gain Experience: It is also required that, under an approved instructor, you gain clinical experience for at least two years. These two years include the following:

- Internship

- Lab Work

- On-The-Job Training on sports fields during games.

4. Find Work for a Sports Team: You should consider finding a job for a sports team. You are most likely able to find a position with ether a football, hockey or baseball team, depending on your experience and training. This position usually requires travel, constant team injuries and interacting with different people. It consists of a lot of pressure.
